  • Shellfish, Crustacean (shrimp, lobster etc.)
  • Kiwi
  • Soy beans/edamame (soy sauce is okay)
  • Lentils


I'm lightly allergic to (this means I can eat it occasionally, but I'd rather not due to side effects):

  • Raw fruits, such as:

apple, pear, avocado, banana, etc.
